1. Costs vary in different parts of the country.  Will my report reflect this?
   
   Answer:  Yes. Area cost differentials, based on Zip Codes, are built into the computation formulas.
2. The cost of components varies widely, depending on quality, design, etc.  How does the report reflect this?
   
   Answer:  The computations use average, median, or mid-point costs for components. Therefore, while a cost might not be exact for a given component, it is valid for estimating purposes and provides a guideline for planning and budgeting.
3. Do I have to pay to get a copy of the Worksheet before I input the information?
   
   Answer:  No, the Worksheet copy is provided free to help you can get the most accurate information before inputting the data.
4. How can I be sure that I will receive the report?
   
   Answer:  Since you pay by credit card, you can cancel the charge if, for some reason, you do not receive the report.  IMPORTANT! (Remember to add our E Mail address to your address book, , so that it will not be seen as “spam”.)         
5. How do I know this isn’t just a way to get my address for construction or home remodeling leads?
   
   Answer:  Guarding your privacy is important so the only identifying information you provide is your E Mail address.
