By you providing some basic information, this report will give you the projected replacement year and the replacement cost of many of your major home components (See SAMPLE REPORT).

Prepared by analysts with extensive backgrounds in reserve studies, the calculations apply generally accepted typical, average, and/or mid-range costs (as applicable), taking inflation, weather, location, and area cost differentials into consideration.  Based on your estimate of the age or condition of the component, it projects the estimated replacement time and replacement cost for those components which require replacement during the next 10 years.  

PLEASE NOTE: This report is not intended to be an exact, comprehensive projection of all the component replacement costs. It is intended as a rough approximate projection only. The projections are applicable for single family residences more than 4 years old, in the United States of America with a current market value of up to approximately $1,250,000.

Certain “Lifetime Component” items are excluded (such as Concrete Patio, etc.).

Please answer the questions on the Worksheet as completely and thoroughly as possible.  Leaving an entire component blank will indicate that the component is not present.  The final report will be based on the data you provide, so the more specific you can be, the more accurate the resulting estimated replacement years and projected replacement costs will be. 

Procedure:

1. Enter Information:  On the Worksheet below, enter your estimate of the current age or condition of the listed components.  Age is preferred but if unknown, enter your estimate of the condition (Good, Fair, Poor).
   
   Note:   If you need time to judge the condition of some of the components, print a blank copy of the Worksheet by clicking on the "Print Blank Worksheet" button at the end of the Worksheet below and, acting as your own "home inspector", check out the information.  There is no charge for printing a copy.
2. Submit Worksheet:   When you finish entering the information into the Worksheet below, submit the completed Worksheet pages by clicking on the "Submit Worksheet for Report" button.
3. Pay: You will taken to the Payment Page. The report normally is $19.95 but, during the introductory period, your cost is only $9.95, payable by VISA or MASTERCARD.
4. Receive report:   After your credit card input is processed, your information will be submitted and you will receive your written report within 48 hours via E-Mail.
